Congratulations to this week’s Showcase Cinemas High School Team of the Week: Burrillville Boys & Girls Cross Country Team

The boys and girls Cross Country Team are one team at BHS. The BHS cross country team has worked hard this year giving back to the community. Student-athletes have logged over 20 hours of community service not only cleaning the trails but wheelbarrowing new trail fill (dirt) in to make the trails safer and more accessible for runners and the community. They seldom get recognized for all of their hard work and it would be nice to see it happen to show the student-athletes someone is watching.
