Penelope is a smart cookie, knows some basics commands, loves couches and kisses, and thinks every lap is for her! Penelope’s best fit will be with adults or families with teens. We’re open to discussing if other pets will be a good match for her! Adoptions and meet & greets are being conducted by appointment only since our shelter is currently closed for visitors.
